- Chicken pieces
- Salt and pepper
- BBQ spice
- 60 ml (4 Tbsp.) BBQ sauce
- 60 ml (4 Tbsp.) peri-peri sauce
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp.) Rhodes Quality Apricot Jam
- 60 ml (4 Tbsp.) Rhodes Quality Tomato Braai Relish
- Olive oil
- Seasoned vegetables
- Mix together the salt and pepper, BBQ spice, BBQ sauce, peri-peri sauce, Rhodes Quality Apricot Jam, Rhodes Quality Tomato Braai Relish and olive oil.
- Marinade the chicken in the mixture for 2 hours.
- Add seasoned vegetables.
- Dot with butter.
- Roast in the oven until golden brown and succulent.
