Orange Immune Supporting Smoothie

To give you energy as well as a good support for your immune system this winter.


  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 375 ml (1½ cups) Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend, chilled
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain yoghurt
  • 3 – 4 dates, pitted
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) ground cinnamon
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) ground turmeric
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) fresh ginger, grated
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) chia seeds
  • Honey to taste


  1. Place the carrot, Rhodes Quality Orange juice, yoghurt and dates into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Add the spices and ginger and pulse again.
  4. Stir in the chia seeds and honey to taste.
  5. Serve.
