Ingredients

• 1 x 435 g Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces in Syrup, drained
• 1 lt. (4 cups) Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend
• 4 tots of white rum (optional)

Method

1. Place the Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces into the cavities of two ice cube trays.
2. Pour in the Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend to fill.
3. Freeze overnight until firm.
4. Place the frozen pineapple cubes into a blender and process until thick and slushy.
5. Add the rum if using and pulse a few times.
6. Spoon into cocktail glasses and serve immediately.
