Ingredients
- 1 x 435 g Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces in Syrup, drained
- 1 lt. (4 cups) Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend
- 4 tots of white rum (optional)
Method
- Place the Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces into the cavities of two ice cube trays.
- Pour in the Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend to fill.
- Freeze overnight until firm.
- Place the frozen pineapple cubes into a blender and process until thick and slushy.
- Add the rum if using and pulse a few times.
- Spoon into cocktail glasses and serve immediately.
