Fast and simple braai salad
Ingredients
- 1 x cucumber, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 x red pepper, peeled and diced
- 2 x 410 g cans Rhodes Quality Mild & Spicy Chakalaka
- salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- To serve: 30 ml (2 Tbsp) chopped parsley
Method
- Place the cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper into a large salad bowl.
- Add the Rhodes Quality Mild & Spicy Chakalaka and stir to mix.
- Season to taste.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and refrigerate until serving.
