- 500 ml (2 cups) green cabbage
- 500 ml (2 cups) red cabbage
- 250 ml (1 cup) carrots, grated
- 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 1 x 400g can Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Place the cabbage and the carrots into a large bowl and toss well to mix.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and the Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy Chakalaka.
- Add enough of the chakalaka mayonnaise into the coleslaw mix to coat well.
- Season to taste.
- Refrigerate until serving.
