Chakalaka Coleslaw


  • 500 ml (2 cups) green cabbage
  • 500 ml (2 cups) red cabbage
  • 250 ml (1 cup) carrots, grated
  • 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
  • 1 x 400g can Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper



  1. Place the cabbage and the carrots into a large bowl and toss well to mix.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and the Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy Chakalaka.
  3. Add enough of the chakalaka mayonnaise into the coleslaw mix to coat well.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
