You just need 2 simple ingredients to make these fancy looking – and scrumptious – jammy lunchbox snacks.
Ingredients
- Rhodes Quality Smooth Apricot Jam – or your child’s favourite Rhodes Quality jam flavour
- 1 roll Today Puff Pastry, defrosted
- 1 egg, whisked
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Unroll Today Puff Pastry and place lengthways on a baking sheet.
- Spread a generous amount of Rhodes Quality jam over one half of the pastry sheet.
- Fold the pastry sheet in half. Cut into 2cm wide strips then twist and brush lightly with egg wash.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden.
- Leave to cool before popping in your child’s lunchbox – and don’t forget to add a box of Rhodes Quality 100% Fruit Juice!
