Refreshing pineapple cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 x 440g can Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces, drained
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 500 ml (2 cups) Rhodes Quality Pineapple 100% Fruit Juice Blend, well chilled
- 1 x 340 ml beer (or zero alcohol beer), well chilled
Method
- Thread the Rhodes Quality Pineapple Pieces alternating with a fresh mint leaf onto two wooden skewer.
- Divide the Rhodes Quality Pineapple 100% Fruit Juice Blend into two large beer glasses.
- Top with beer.
- Add the pineapple and mint skewer and serve immediately.
