Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) oats
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) brown sugar
- 2.5 ml ground cinnamon
- 20 ml (4 tsp) chia seeds
- 125 ml Rhodes Quality Mango 100% Fruit Juice Blend
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml plain yoghurt
- 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Fruit Cocktail in Syrup, drained
Method
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) Rhodes Quality Granadilla Pulp,Place the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and chia seeds into a medium bowl.
- Add the Rhodes Quality Mango 100% Fruit Juice Blend, milk and yoghurt and stir until well blended.
- Divide the chia pudding mixture between two glasses, bowls or mason jars.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The following morning, to serve, top each mango & chia pudding with a serving of Rhodes Quality Fruit Cocktail and a spoonful of Rhodes Quality Granadilla Pulp.
