Ingredients
- 250 g (3 cups raw) pasta spirals, cooked, drained and cooled
 - 250 g (1 cup) Rhodes Quality Dill Whole Gherkins, 65 ml (¼ cup) pickle juice reserved
 - 150 g (1 cup) cheddar cheese, cubed
 
Dressing
- 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
 - 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
 - 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream
 - 30 ml (2 Tbsp) fresh dill fronds, chopped
 - salt and freshly cracked black pepper
 
Method
- Place the pasta spirals into a large bowl.
 - Chop the Rhodes Quality Dill Whole Gherkins into even sized pieces and add to the pasta.
 - Add the cheese and toss well to mix.
 - To make the dressing place all the ingredients into a bowl.
 - Add the 65 ml (¼ cup) reserved pickle juice and stir well to mix.
 - Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss well to mix.
 - Season to taste and serve.
