- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 375 ml Rhodes Quality Breakfast Medley 100% Fruit Juice Blend
to serve: sugar cones and fresh fruit
- Place the sugar and the water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar is all dissolved, and then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the sugar syrup to a container and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Mix together the Rhodes Quality Breakfast Medley 100% Fruit Juice Blend and the sugar syrup.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled ice cream maker and churn until frozen.
- Freeze until serving.
