Fruit Medley Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
  • 375 ml Rhodes Quality Breakfast Medley 100% Fruit Juice Blend

to serve: sugar cones and fresh fruit

 

Method

  1. Place the sugar and the water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar is all dissolved, and then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the sugar syrup to a container and refrigerate until well chilled.
  4. Mix together the Rhodes Quality Breakfast Medley 100% Fruit Juice Blend and the sugar syrup.
  5. Pour the mixture into a chilled ice cream maker and churn until frozen.
  6. Freeze until serving.
