Ingredients

• 1 litre Rhodes Quality Cranberry 100% Fruit Juice Blend
• 1 bottle champagne, sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling wine

To serve: spekboom sprigs

Method

1. Chill the Rhodes Quality Cranberry Fruit Juice and champagne overnight.
2. Half fill glasses with Cranberry Juice.
3. Fill to the top with champagne.
4. Serve with a spekboom sprig.
