- 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
- 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Three Bean Mix in Brine, drained
- 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Green Beans Cross Cut in Brine, drained
- 500 ml (2 cups) grated carrot
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) fresh coriander, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp) ground cumin
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- Mix together the Rhodes Quality Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce and the drained Rhodes Quality Three Bean Mix in Brine and the Rhodes Quality Green Beans Cross Cut in Brine.
- Place the carrots, red onion and coriander in a large bowl.
- Add the cumin and season well to taste
- Add the mixed beans and toss well to mix.
