Carrot & Mixed Bean Braai Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Three Bean Mix in Brine, drained
  • 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Green Beans Cross Cut in Brine, drained
  • 500 ml (2 cups) grated carrot
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 45 ml (3 Tbsp) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground cumin
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Mix together the Rhodes Quality Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce and the drained Rhodes Quality Three Bean Mix in Brine and the Rhodes Quality Green Beans Cross Cut in Brine.
  2. Place the carrots, red onion and coriander in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cumin and season well to taste
  4. Add the mixed beans and toss well to mix.
  5. Serve.
