Easy to prepare in advance, kids and adults will love these cone desserts straight off the braai.
Ingredients
- 6 x waffle cones
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) Rhodes Quality Peach and Apricot Jam
- 1 x 410 g can Rhodes Quality Peach Slices in Syrup, drained
- 500 ml (2 cups) mini marshmallows
- 200 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 6 x shortbread cookies, chopped
Method
- Place a few marshmallows at the bottom of a cone.
- Drop a teaspoon of Rhodes Quality Apricot and Peach Jam on top of the marshmallows.
- Add a few slices of Rhodes Quality Peach Slices.
- Add some chopped chocolate and cookies.
- Fill the top of the cone with extra marshmallows, chocolate and cookies.
- Wrap the cone in tin foil.
- Repeat with the remaining cones.
- Place the cones into the coals for five minutes or until warm and melt.
- Serve immediately.
